We seek to connect the territory and culture from a culinary approach. With each dish, our team will guide you through various corners of this territory, connecting you with it in a unique and authentic way.
The project is led by Chef Sergio Armella, who, after stints at restaurants such as Geranium (Denmark), Boragó (Santiago, Chile), and El Chato (Bogotá), decided to return to his roots to create a concept inspired by his culture.
Our philosophy
We work with small local producers, seeking to highlight their products in a unique way.
In each preparation, we use creativity and ingenuity to take them to the next level.
