About the selection
Wine is an important complement to our experience, and for this reason, we work with a curated selection of Chilean wines, seeking to showcase the diversity of valleys, grape varieties, producers, and styles; always in harmony with the food.
Pairings
Each experience includes two pairing options. Both are carefully crafted and designed to complement each menu.
"Emerging Territory" Pairing: We present labels from small and medium-sized producers, from various valleys in Chile, all of very good quality. This is our suggestion if you are just starting out in the world of wine.
"Chile Icon" Pairing: Always following the theme of harmony, this pairing seeks to showcase very limited production labels, bottles with greater aging potential, and some of Chile's iconic wines. Our suggestion for wine lovers.
